All of the mountain photos are taken on the Dawson's Pass Loop trail. This is a 16-mile loop through some of the prettiest parts of Glacier Park. Most people do it in two days, but we packed light and hit the trail early and did it in one day.

I think this was the best hike I have ever done in Glacier.

The butte photos are taken at sunrise near Ulm Pishkun (close to Great Falls, Montana). I pishkun is bison jump and was used by the blackfoot indians back in the day. The pishkun is featured in the foreground of one of the butte photos.
