schedule strength ranking than Utah (49th):

Texas (89th)
Missouri (96th)
Northwestern (97th)
Kansas (99th)
South Florida (106th)
Texas Tech (119th)
Boise State (120th)
BYU (126th)
Oklahoma State (128th)
In other words, only 10 of the ranked teams have played a tougher schedule.
