Utah won by 3.
Even without two-point conversion, they come out on top.
Although, in a universe of constant flux, one change precipitates an entire chain reaction of changes and there's no telling what different decisions, calls, etc. would have happened had that call been reversed, nevertheless if you want to pin the game's outcome on a single call, at least make it a call that makes the numbers add up.
(similar scenario with the byu and washington - if washington hits the PAT, they still have to go to overtime. Commentators were acting like Washington was robbed of the win. bad math all around.)

They don't teach math in Emery County. The morons.
If Utah didn't get the refs cheating on their behalf, then Oregon State would have received the ball with a minute or so left up by two. Utah only had one time out. OSU sits on the ball and they win.
