My priority would be
Cancer. 1,500 per day die of cancer in the US
Hunger. 16,000 per day die of hunger worldwide
My point is that AIDS is behavioral. It was in the US and it is worldwide. If parents know they have AIDS and they knowingly have children, whose responsibility is that? BTW........MILLIONS die each year when they are aborted.
Educate and change their behavior. If that doesn't work, unfortunately they need to wait in line until we cure the others. It's called triage. Happens every day in every country in every medical situation.
