Campagne and Rover's have prix fix. Price depends on courses. They might have up to 8 or 9 (some just tastes). I'd say sans alcohol still less than 100 per person. My list, for 3-4 courses, and no alcohol, maybe averages $80. No alcohol, I think you're below $200 for two. Exception is if you get a big lobster tail at Gaucho, Met, or Canlis you'll definitely crack $100 per person.

I'm sure all on my list are highly rated.
