Ramirez has also played in the day when the ball was juiced and expansion has diluted the league, therefore, he hasn't faced the kind of pitching that Killebrew did. I think Ramirez is a great hitter, but switch he and Killebrew in their respective eras and Killebrew's numbers would be ridiculous.
