this was a favorite of an uncle of mine:

A young boy was riding his bike around the block, showing off for his Mom.

On the first lap around the block he called to her, "Look Mom, no hands!"

The 2nd lap around, "Look Mom, no feet!"

And on the 3rd lap, "Look Mom, no teeth!"
