Red Army Blues - the Waterboys (about Russian troops in WWI who were sent to Siberia after the war)
Mr. Harris - Aimee Mann (young woman falls in love with older neighbor)
Hate Me - Blue October (maybe stretches the "story" definition, because the storyline's a little subtle, but this is one of the most poignant, moving songs I've heard, when you figure out what it's saying)
Just a Gigolo - David Lee Roth (just kidding)
