When we were in London, I tried to talk my wife into going up to Manchester for a day or so. I wanted to head over to Salford to get a pic of the Lads Club front entrance. Apparently, that was not a persuasive enough argument to detour us from our trip, so we never went. I did get her to go to Abbey Road, though, which was VERY cool.
Did you ever see the Smiths live? It is a very rare thing, as they did not come to the States a lot and did not play in a lot of cities. I saw them once in LA. Universal Ampitheater.
