if not lower if you need to have a conference tournament in a warm climate that offers alcohol, gambling and escorts to get fans to attend.

Where did all the other conferences hold their tournaments? Warm climate? Gambling? Hookers? The other conference's fans attend to support their teams, not for what kinds of vices are available or what the temperature is.

We act like a mid-major conference, we deserve to be treated as such.
