Starting the clock on the refs whistle after an out of bounds play...man I really hate that idea.

I really wish the NCAA would stop messing with the play clock. Coaches are going to hate this rule just as much as they hated the clock starting on changes of possession in 2006. I would bet that the new clock rules will be gone after this year.

I am certain the reason for this is so they can have more commercials and the actual time that the game is televised is not reduced.

When will the powers that be realize that less football is not a good idea?

I know this post is rambling but oh well I just think this rule sucks.
