I just bought a 45 minute run from Nike on iTunes that was done by The Crystal Method. It makes for an excellent run, starting slow for about a 5 minute warmup and building steadily until about a 5 minute cool down.
If I am running for time and trying to suffer then, as I've stated before, classical music is best. Beethoven's 4th symphony has served me well. Something about classical allows for longer suffering in my case.
