When I was younger and more foolish and less aware of how many people will kill you for less, I used to slap the fenders of cars driven by people with that attitude and, if sometimes my hand had something in it, something sharp, oh well. I figured if someone thinks they can cut me off and risk my life thern I can retaliate. Now, of course, I realize how foolish it is to do something like this until the car is parked and the owner is far away.
The last bit is a joke.
The owner could be quite close, just not looking.
