I think you got all the others. I don't remember any specific power moves from Mr Sandman or Piston Honda.

Piston Honda would raise his eyebrows a la The Rock before he punched.
Soda didn't really spin but he'd wind up until his back faced you and then throw his hook. And he'd dip way down before throwing an upper cut that looked like Ken and Ryu's dragon punch.
Mr. Sandman was a bad ass and to be honest I never beat him to get to Tyson without the code. And I only lasted one round with Tyson before having Little Mac's face look like he was melting in the corner with the trainer that must have been the inspiration for Cleveland from the Family Guy.
