A forum titled "Links to Cougarboard."
Every thread that essentially begins with "check out what this bonehead thinks," or "ha ha look at my latest trolling attempt," followed by a link to CB, should be placed in its own forum. And paying members have the option of unselecting that forum, so it never appears when clicking on the "New Posts" link.
