Wrist wraps for boxing/martial arts
Does anybody have any advice on a wrist wrapping technique?
In my Krav Maga class we've gotten to the point where we really need to start wrapping up the knuckles, thumbs, and wrists...
The technique I was shown makes my thumbs sore. Any tips?
