Back up to 194. I ride two hundred miles Saturday and gain two pounds over the weekend. I ate a lot yesterday. On the plus side my body fat was the lowest it's been all summer.

Back down to 192. I'm having a tough time breaking the 190 barrier. Staying up late every night watching the Olympics isn't helping because that's when I like to snack.
