International adoptions...
 
I am curious to see if any of you have ever done an international adoption and if so, do you have a recommendation of a good agency? I have a good friend that would like to adopt overseas but has no idea who to work with to get the ball rolling.

I think mainly interested in Eastern Europe but also places like India and Nepal...not sure where else.
