What was the most unintentionally gay scene

in the history of film?

I have to nominate 2 films for this honor. First, the movie Footloose when Kevin Bacon dances out his anger and frustrations in an abandoned barn in Lehi, Utah. If you haven't seen this film since '83, it's worth the rental just to laugh at this one scene. Perhaps even well worth the rental. The fact that this scene was intended to portray Bacon's manly anger and justified rebellion is just too much to take. A clear winner.

An honorable second place is the scene in Breakfast Club when Emelio Estevez dances out his anger and frustrations in an abandoned High School. Equally unintentionally gay, but gets second place due to lack of originality.

Excellent. Here's another one: Karate Kid, Daniel-San walks past all the cool/tough guys with Elizabeth Shue. One of the tough guys says to her: "What, is it take a worm for a walk week?"

That is definitely the winner, although it is so over the top that I'm pretty sure it was intentional.

What is intentionally gay about Tom Cruise playing volleyball in jeans and no shirt? Isn't that the way you guys played when you were growing up?

It is not the playing volleyball in jeans and no shirt, we all do that. It was the fact that all of them greased themselves up before the match.

I nominate the ENTIRE Karate Kid movie as the "most unintentionally gay scene ever".

Can't follow you there. Karate Kid is one of the greatest movies ever. Truth be told, my entire MySpace page is Karate Kid themed, with "You're the Best" playing in the background. Yes, I am a dork.

What's gay about a gang of dirtbike riding preppies who make up the High School soccer team and swear allegiance to a domineering David Hasselhof lookalike?

It has to be all Will Smith movies, every one liner he uses is unintentionally gay
