I thought Silda Spitzer has a Harvard Law degree. Unlike the examples you mentioned she is probably capable of making a pretty good income on her own.

I doubt she signed a prenup. Spitzer's share of his father's assets and operations have probably increased in value. She'd annihilate him in a New York divorce court. I don't know why more wives of rich men don't dump them and sue for half the net worth.
