Can a convicted felon teach/coach at BYU?

Or has Vick thrown away his opportunity to be the future QBs coach at BYU?

What if his former tutor, SY, baptizes him?

Once he's out of jail, can I start the rumor that he's a member? Do I have to wait that long? What's the protocol?
