That's a lot of gloss, my friend. He oversimplified what was taught to overemphasize the similarity of ancient beliefs with LDS beliefs.

IMO the only glaring thing he didn't mention was that the Church fathers believed that God is "wholly other" so we can never becomes Gods ontologically. I don't see a problem with anything else.

Eastern Orthodox today still believe in "degrees of glory."
