Saw a pic of her in the paper the other day and ugh...she looks like Frankenstein, as if someone has done experiments on her. Yuck.

She's better at 40 than at 20. And now she's is the fastest 50 M woman American swimmer ever. All this at 41?

Is it physically possible to be better at 41 than any other woman ever in the history of US swimming?

Over that short of distance I think it's possible.

I believe in her case that it's possible. She's the most tested woman in US swimming history and she's competing in a strength event that utilizes perfect stroke.

She has also reportedly spent 100K on training coaches. So I believe in her case she's clean until proven otherwise. Plus I've met her once when she wanted to have my baby, back when she was 20 and I was a bit older.

Sure it is. Look at what Roger Clemens did in his 40's. Look at Barry Bonds. You bet it can be done.

All I know is that if I hear one more refernce to the fact that her goggles are older than some of her competitors I am going to refuse to watch her races at the Olympics.

Look at when women tend to peak in sports. You have women dominating in their teens and disappearing before they're 25. I just have a tough time believing it.

After twenty-six years of lay-off I commenced swimming a grand total of two hours per week. I'm older than Dara,and I have met her though she wouldn't know me from Adam.

I have almost equaled my fifty meter freestyle of 24.3, equaling Dara. So in this instance I believe it is possible with her advanced refined training and unique physique.

Mark Spitz in just a couple of months almost qualified at age forty.

Women lose their peak, not due to physiological factors but due to social and psychological factors IMHO.

I don't think those new suits are particaulry flattering to any of them. My guess is that if Momma Torres were to chat up Rocky when she was in street clothes he would be flattered, even if he thought she was a bit old.

She's athletic because she can swim...she still looks like a dude.

Not bad for 40. I love her fitness but her face is meh.

She's not the best but how many wives look that fit at forty? Not many.

She is in fantastic shape and I do find that sexy. Like I said her face is meh, but I love her fitness. Overall I would say she is attractive, and when you realize that she is over 40 it is pretty damn impressive.

But as I said, fat chicks need love too. And so do fat men.
