people on the board, from what I can tell, have left for the new 'CUF' board, I have 'stickied' the message in the chit-chat forum.

We are getting some stragglers saying "what the hell happened", and it is getting to be quite a chore.

This site has 161 active members, but it's the same 30 who leave 80% of the posts. In the eyes of the average user, all of the drama happened relatively quickly, so the majority missed it.
