Cooper Ainge quit the team to focus on academics.

Calvert did not have the athleticism or skill set to get on the floor. Not that he seemed to be bad at anything. It's just that he didn't a tool that put him ahead of the others and made it necessary to get him on the floor.

If we have 4 Calverts, only one is going to play.

I play pickup with a Calvert-type player. Same kind of thing. Invited walk-on guard for BYU. Transferred out. And yes, I can shut him down. But he's probably the smartest player I have played with. He's a joy to watch play.

Somehow Rose needs to recruit more athletic players. This team needs a heavy dose of better defenders with the skills to be able to defend on and off ball.
