Do you like V-8 juice?

Despite the state holiday, I came in to work today so I could type reports without all the normal office distractions. In that time, I have consumed an entire 64 oz. bottle of V8 juice (low sodium, of course), and enjoyed every swig of it. Is that normal?

V-8 is the nectar of the Gods.

can't stand the stuff. My wife loves it though. To me it is like drinking thin, cold tomato soup. It grosses me out. I always feel like I need to put it in a sauce pan, add some noodles and some veggies, heat it up and serve with crusty bread.

Only the regular kind. The low sodium is crap.

Love tomatoes.

Don't dig tomato juice.

I enjoy tomato juice, but V-8 is not tomato juice, though tomato juice is an ingredient in V-8. Tomato juice would be called V-1.

Since I have no way of extracting the V-1 from the V-7, I teetotal.

Correct. Take out the delicious blend of carrots, celery, beets, parsley, lettuce, watercress and spinach, and you're just drinking tomato soup.

the tomato is overpowering. While there are hints of other vegitables it still mostly tastes of tomatos. At best you could say it is like drinking the cold broth of vegitable soup. Yuck. I still think it needs to be heated with noodles and meat and served with crusty bread.

Regular V8 is horrific. V8 Fusion is pretty good.
