Kate Kelly is making a big deal of that Utah has among the highest usage rates per capita.

While I don't really care about that, it'd be interesting to see if there are stake presidents or bishops among the users.

Mormons are just people.

I saw that the place with the most was Alabama. They speculated because it is the state that appears as default when someone doesn't change the state. Not that they actually live in Alabama.

Utah also isn't just Mormons and has all different kinds of Mormons. KK would know that, but of course she's going to ignore that fact because it doesn't fit her agenda.

Religions that tend to discourage divorce (make the costs of divorce very high) may encourage the person who under normal circumstances would have gotten divorced, to stay in the marriage but have an affair.

The Philippines comes to mind. Where divorce was/is illegal.
