What can you teach me about soybeans?

I don't really like red meat (I know, further evidence of my wussification), and my wife will only go for so much chicken, so I picked up some frozen soybeans this week. I've heard they have good amounts of protein, but I don't know how much is a good amount.

I find them pretty tasty, and have been eating them like crazy, but am wondering how they compare nutritionally to other foods.

I see no downside to having my own breasts.:)

You can cop a feel whenever you wish with nobody to complain, or say, "Stop that."

Are they women?

Gentlemen, pardon me for interrupting this thread with a salient comment.

This is the primary nutritional database. BUT, I'll warn you that it's super specific. So, if you search for soybeans it's going to ask you what variety, how you cooked them, and how much you ate. But you can play around with it if you want. Just enter a keyword and click submit:

I've been eating tofu all my life, and unfortunately it hasn't enhanced my breast size. Only becoming pregnant has done that.

If you're really digging that edamame, I'll send you some of my mother in law's homemade natto we have in the freezer. :)

My brother-in-law wouldn't let my sister eat any tofu during her pregnancy, until they found out they were having a girl. There has been a study that links soy foods (eaten during pregnancy) to some sort of birth defect of the fetus' penis.

Do you like fish? That's a good alternative to red meat.

Natto is nasty, nasty, nasty. I can't believe you keep that in the freezer. It ought to be classified as a dangerous weapon.
