I'm absolutely ashamed of myself.
This was day 2 of SteelBlue's commute to work extravaganza. People, it's amazing how quickly one can get out of shape. I have not been riding in months, but I had been lifting. On the rare occasions when I did ride, I felt ok if the ride was under 30 miles. So, I took May off from lifting (just lost that lovin' feeling) and wow did it affect strength and even my riding! I had to use my granny gear to climb a hill that I wouldn't have called a hill last year. Oh the humanity!
