What is amazing is that they were able to resolve conflict amicably, but also find time to do all that janitorial work around the kitchen.

That was a big kitchen!

More blow your mind FOL trivia:

Molly Ringwald got her start on that show, playing a girl named....Molly.

Natalie majored in journalism.

Blair was in business (as heiress to Warner textiles)

Tootie was into acting.

Jo was into criminology/law enforcement.

Edna doled out free advice and then started her health food store, Edna's Edibles, when the gang graduated and somehow all went to the same college and George Clooney started hanging out every now and then. Edna quit to join the peace corps and her sister, Beverly Ann, shows up to run things.

Blair also had a retarded cousin, Geri, that caused her shame, until Geri showed up and started busting MAD caps and clowning on everyone. Then all of a sudden, Blair wanted in on the Geri Train.

I remember as a kid, I couldn't figure out if Blair was hot or not...some days she looked smokin' and other days I would rather have had Kimberly Drummond in a heartbeat. At the end of the story, Kimberly > Blair.

I just noticed something....

Tootie bares a striking resemblance to Little Mac's trainer. (Doc something?)

Kimberly ended up knocking of a liquor store in Vegas then ODed on either coke or heroine. And Blair went on to marry an evangelical preacher.

Doc looks like the dude in the first Die Hard--the cop in the parking lot eating all the donuts in his car.

Blair was always hot, what do you mean? Rich, snobby, feathered hair...she had it all.

Kimberly was not hot, except that she lived with black dudes...Dana Plato robbing video stores and doing soft porn WAS hot.

Based on looks alone, I still have to give the nod to Kimberly. That said however, something tells me Blair was absolutely wild in the sack.

Despite the fact that I have no idea what that statement was supposed to mean, I laughed so hard I have tears rolling down my face. Thanks for that.

I would give the nod to Kimberly if we were going strictly off Theme Song.

The theme to Diff'rent Strokes was head and shoulders above the theme to The Facts of Life.

Phil Drummond did such a good job raising those kids.

He slipped up a few times.....his kids tried cigarettes, Willis and Janet Jackson were tempted to go all the way, and Arnold and Dudley hung out in a bike shop with a pedophile named Gordon Jump.

Had there been a mother in the home, these things wouldn't have happened. By the time he married the one Golden Girl who brought along her annoying kid, it was too late.
