Yes, ONE. BTW......all LDS temples have beds in them. In the 'infirmary'. If they FLDS had the same and then someone makes a claim (like many excommunicated members do), it becomes the gospel truth?

with removing the children? Just shows how ignorant and naive Utahns are with respect to the laws of the land. I guess one person can make a claim and it justifies the authorities to round up everyone? Hell, even terrorists have their apologists when it comes to due process.

The first article mentioned Merrill Jessop as being the bishop of the ranch. I believe he is the ex husband of Carolyn Jessop, who wrote this book, Escape.

Will a legal expert lawyer type chime in here. What impact does it have on the permissibility of discovered evidence found in a search based upon an affadavit and warrant that names the wrong man? Further, what is the legality of using such evidence discovered in the search in prosecutions against other men not named in the original warrant, if of course the permissibility is not impacted based upon the wrong name?

I am beginning to believe that Jeffs was purposely endeavoring to provoke some authorities with his YFZ Ranch.

Shouldn't have any, if my memory is up to snuff. It's all about whether or not the affidavit, warrant, and reliance thereon were in good faith.

As I have stated before in other places, I have no problem with what Texas has done to date. I think so doubly after actually reading the affidavit and finding out that the local cops had managed to groom a snitch.
