Food storage

My father told me that his stake was about to make another group food storage purchase this year and were surprised to find out that the prices had quadrupled and quintupled.

This is a very bad omen.

Probably the best place, right now, to get food storage is through the church canning/welfare facilities. I suggest you do it now.

Some predictions that gas prices will go up to $4. Gas and food price increases is going to really hurt a lot of people.

I'm about to buy some wheat through the church. Now would be a good time IMO, before the price of wheat at the church reflects the actual price of wheat in the market.

It never hurts to get your house in order when people are saying a recession/depression may be on the way.

Predicting that gas will go up to $4 a glalon is not much of a stretch as I have already paid over $3.75 for regular.

This was in San Diego two days ago, where $40 got me 9 1/2 gallons:

For Californians, I guess guess could be $5/gal this summer.

I did my part today. I took the bus to work.

What's funny about that sign, is it sort of looks like the 09, 19, 29 cents are fixed and they just change the leading digit as necessary. Also, at this point, why bother with the 9/10ths anymore?
