It appears Obama was not acquainted with diplomatic protocol or the symbol of the genuflect in regards to US governmental representatives.

However, as shown in Obama's apology tour of Europe, which helped net him the Nobel Peace Price, he is very adept in the act of obsequious acquiescence to curry favor which is never returned. So I suppose he will cave in to China's demands and North Korea's, all in due time. Perhaps, North Korea will provide him with a new title such as "the Greatest Ass Kisser". Stay tuned, and we'll see. Now is a great time to be an enemy of the US. You can get anything you want with a nice dinner and letting Obama kiss your ass, and you won't have to give up anything in return. Just ask Russia.
