Anyone seen "Crash"?

Rented it the other day and was very pleasantly surprised. Excellent script, cast, and acting. Highly recommended.

I watched the CleanFlicks version so I can't comment on the uncut version. It seemed to be one of those films that worked just fine in edited form.

I saw it in the summer. It was a good movie; definitely a bold one. Its the kind of movie that had to be carefully done in order to avoid some group from crying foul(which it was). Ryan Philllippe was very good. Matt Dillon was excellent. Thandie Newton was gorgeous...and had a good performance as well.

I saw it on DVD a few months ago.

Good cast, good acting, and good script. Where I differ from most Independent film types is this style of film-making isn't ground breaking anymore, and usually come off way too preachy in my opinion. Every year it seems we get 3-4 new imitators of the filmmaker trying to tell the "Eighteen bazillion lives will collide into one moment where the human spirit will be tested." Magnolia kind of started this trend and we now get a bunch of poor imitations.

I saw it once and would recommend others to see it, but I won't see it again.

Batman Begins/Walk The Line were the best movies of the year. :)
