Well, I did it now...

My fight against moderation got me moderated.

I'm here to stick my foot in the water. How's it hanging over here?

What got you banned?

All-American 12-11-2005 10:45 PM

The exact post was asking how long cougarboard users were from finger tip to fingertip. I think for some reason some moderator thought of it as a double entendre... They need to get their minds out of the gutter.

I doubt I would have been banned had it not been for the free goatnapper alliance. I can find ten posts or more of more questionable content.

Here in SoCal there was a headline, "Trojans come from behind, beat the Beavers."

Post that on CB, and the porn-addicted gutter-minded mods will delete it and ban the poster.

On Utefans about a year ago, we were snickering at how quickly the username "Tossed Salad" got axed on CB.

Back in the 70's Stanford had an All-American linebacker named Jeff Siemon. I remember talking to a guy who had gone to Stanford when Siemon was playing, and he said that when Stanford played USC the students hung a large banner that read, "Not even your Trojans can stop our Siemon."

Yes, but did they cover the spread?

All-American 12-12-2005 02:35 AM

Wow, that's priceless.

Great... I read this and now I feel all dirty...

Oh... Wait...

Nevermind..

Imagine the t-shirts you could design if USC played South Carolina. I'm thinking something about the inability of the Trojans to cover some of those speedy Carolina receivers.

I remember when that happend back in the 80's, when I was living in South Carolina. In my youthful innocence, however, I missed the true implications of the matchup, and the best I could come up with was, "Guess who won the USC - USC game? USC!"
