I changed up my work out
about two months ago and the results have been excellent.
I've divided my muscle work into three seperate days (once a week each muscle group), but I do the treadmill every day for 30 minutes. My abs haven't been this good in 10 years. The additional cardio has helped burned fat that I thought might be the start of a spare tire. Oh yea, I have also forgone all soda/garbage drinks for water. I'm not up to Arch's triatholon yet, but I had the missionaries gassed during basketball last week. |
