Are you fatter than average?

The average waistline for men in America is 39 inches. For women it is 37 inches.

Is your waistline larger than that?

You must be very, very large to have a 39 inch waiste.

I would imagine average is about a 35 inch.

I thought a 35 inch waisteline for a man was fat. I could not conceive of looking at a woman with a 37 inch waiste if she weren't pregnant.

Ha. Farrah showed up to a ward group playdate when she was pregnant with a maternity suit (at a spray park). The funny thing was that another woman, not pregnant, showed up wearing the exact same maternity suit.

She has a medical condition though, so I will cut her some slack.

It is disturbing to think about. but you are in great shape and spend a lot of time with people that also training. Next time to go to the store, just take the time to look at the people around you. Obesity is a big problem in America.

I didn't realize those were people, I thought they were food silos.

I was a 40 before I started losing weight.

I'm at a 36.
