probably the fastest I've run for that amount of time. Thank heavens it was mostly downhill.

Nice job, Fuegote!

Downhill or not, that is a fantastic time. Huge congrats fuegote.

Excellent time fuegote. You gotten much, much faster the past several months.

How did you feel during the run?

fuegote 08-24-2008 07:49 PM

It felt good but I knew I was pushing myself. I could feel it. the only mile I struggled with was mile 11. As soon as I finished, within 20 seconds I wasn't breathing hard and I walked back a mile to finish my wife's last part of her run.

bigpiney 08-25-2008 04:12 PM

woah, when did you get fast?

way to go man.

I hope your wife did well also and was able to manage her asthma.

You need to change your icon. That fat guy jumping on the shovel doesn't exist anymore.

LOL! Still 223. I added more calories to my diet (stupid summer bbq and ice cream).

I'm looking at getting strict again soon.

I am stronger though since I've added weight training every other day.
