Arch, I don't know how you do it

It was officially 113 degrees in Redding yesterday (my van read 117 and so did goose's) so I went for my run at 7 am to avoid the heat. It was already way too hot and the run was miserable. I know that 113 is a normal summer day in Vegas. How do you tolerate such miserable temperatures day in and day out?

Embrace the heat. We hit in parts of Henderson 120.

It's just a mindset. I don't know how people live in frigidly cold winters.

It is already 115 degrees at 3:30 today. I am having difficulty embracing the heat.

It's 115 here too, but we ate our lunches outside to enjoy the weather. Wimp.

I think the summers in Vegas are too hot, and the winters are too cold.

A cold winter day is thirty and a hot summer day means everything comes off. Sounds about perfect for me.

I love the heat.
