Should Sagan have been DQ'd for the crash in the sprint?

I believe Sagan should have been penalized. He has been aggressively off of his line in other sprints that I have seen. But then again, you could say that about most/many sprinters.

Cav is on Demare's wheel. Demare is on the far right side. Sagan wants that same wheel too. Then Demare goes to his left. Cav is trying to follow as he accelerates. Leans his body into Sagan. Sagan responds in kind with a body check. And then it's simply physics. It's a linebacker against the nerd on the speech team. Cav goes flying. So what I would fault Sagan for is contact that was too aggressive and forceful and thus dangerous.

But I probably wouldn't have DQ'd him.

Perhaps a penalty, but Cav hit a gutter which forced off balance. I believe it was a mistake to DQ him..
