in Texas, according to an article I linked before, the penalties for cock fighting are greater than that for dog fighting.

Some guy on ESPN this morning said that in Virginia dog fighting was moved from a misdemeanor offense to a felony only 8 days after they arrested Vick. Has anyone else heard that?
