what if you had a gay kid who was in a committed relationship. would you support him/her? how bout the marital issue?

so then...did you hear about the young mormon couple struggling w/5 kids and a civic or something like that...gave $50k from their savings (i guess they weren't struggling too much then) to support prop 8 in california? i was just wondering just how important is it to the mormon church that two same-sex individuals not have rights as traditionally married couples. is it that big a deal to go against it?

Did he provide any verification of that struggling Mormon couple with 5 kids that donated $50K to the Yes on Prop 8 fund?

It is true. They are from Sacramento. I am not sure the were exactly "struggling" but they do live a very modest lifestyle and they chose to dump their savings into the campaign.

Ok, did she provide any verification of that struggling Mormon couple with 5 kids that donated $50K to the Yes on Prop 8 fund?

And what was your messianic response to She?

Ok, then I retract my question.

If they are happy with their decision to exercise their rights to donate to a political cause, good for them.

Thanks for that link. I hadn't heard about this particular family. The reporter deserves props for just reporting the facts and not adding opinion.

Mike is a sooooooooo-JER. "Like a Royal Army, moves the works of Mike! Brothers and Cistern, you are reading where the Mike has posted! Glory, Laud and Honor...unto Mike the King. This through countless hours wasted, oh what good the Internet brings!"

Some day not only will Mike burn himself in effigy in Laramie to bring closure to the Black 14 Incident, LDS church racist policies concerning its priesthood but one day Mike will ignite himself at Cal Berkeley to bring an end to world hunger and Prop 8. That is what forward thinking progressives do for the rest of us.
