i just read that mortgage rates will go down by a point

because of the fannie and freddie buyout.

That's got to be very bad news in the short-term for mortgage people. As people wait it out, waiting for the rates to fall.

They dropped drastically this morning and my phone has been ringing off the hook, so it has actually been pretty good so far.
