We served in the same mission. He's funny, that's all I know.

Will be interesting to see how the coaching staff shakes up. Most likely will be a bunch of guys stepping up to a higher role, as it is so far.

There will be a lot of mistakes with so much inexperience.

Yeah, Holmoe said he's gonna surround Sitake with experience so he doesn't make lack of experience mistakes. I wonder how anyone can do that.

well he's 0 for 1 so far in surrounding him with experience. A Detmer hire would be another whiff as far as experience.

But I'm not so concerned about that. If they're the best available, then go for it. And allow them to grow into their roles. Frankly, we probably can't afford great experienced assistants. We just have to hire promising guys.

We are a mid-major, we are not big time, we don't pay market rates.
