Great 2a Ruling from 9th circut appellate court

Basically states that the second amendment applies to local and state governments and restricts their ability to create "gun control laws".

That's a start. Let's hope the federal government remembers what it's about as well.

I'm underwhelmed by Heller and this ruling as well. From what I can tell, it means that you can own 1 gun, under severe restriction and regulation, that you can keep in your home for self-defense.

Let me know when Heller actually leads to something being struck down beyond that. SCOTUS are buffoons.
