Good job fuegote. I thought about doing a half today but turned around at 5 miles because I was feeling a bit dehydrated and there are no water options on the trail I was running. I felt great for 8.6 miles and then suddenly went to pot and limped home a minute/mile slower. I haven't felt that poorly during a run in a long time. I'm glad I was alone.

That's a nice run, fuegote. Are you planning on running any races this coming season? Looks to me like you're more than ready for a 10k, and you're inching up to half marathon territory. You should try a race or two this year, you'll be hooked.

My wife and I are planning a couple of half marathons this year. I'm getting pretty excited for them.

This morning I got on my treadmill at 4:00 am and said, "what the hell, why not."

I saw that you did a half today. Sweet mercy, you did that on a treadmill?

Yeah, It kills muy lungs to run in the frigid january cold. I got to watch all of Forrest Gump. Good times.

I got to my last 3 miles just as Forrest was running cross country. It amused me.

Holy cow! That's awesome.

13 miles on the treadmill. I guess it makes it easier watching Forest Gump.

Good job fuegote, keep it up.
