Curling Bar...
I'm looking to buy a 'wavy' curling bar vs. the straight bar. Reason being that I think it will be friendlier on my wrists... other than that, are there any other advantages to getting a wavy curling bar?
I apologize for asking these types of questions, I just know many of you have much superior brain power and think much differently than I do giving much much insight. So sorry and thank you! :) |

The straight curl bar focuses strictly on your bicep where the EZ curl bar focuses on the bicep and the muscle below the bicep. The EZ curl bar is a lot better for your wrists and the difference in workout is minimal. The best place i have found to get excercise equipment is if you call Golds Gym in Orem, they sell all of the old equipment it is in the basement i believe its call Ice Fitness and it is very cheap. |
Is that where the lead, second, vice and skip go for an après match aperitif ?

check craigslist also for used exercise equipment. Nothing loses more value after you buy it than this stuff.
