I am a fellow artist (though I am not certain architecture is art, but rather consider it to be on the same level as design -something artists do in order to pay the bills; in other words, permitting creative types a rational to sell out) yet I am certain the church is true and consider it Gods kingdom on earth, and refuse to apologize for any so called Mormon history skeletons or blemishes.

Yeah, that sounds just like Mike. :roll: This board has allowed pretty much any and all discussion, I have a tough time believing that Mike thought you'd be too liberal for us to handle. I've enjoyed your presence on cougarboard and I'm glad you're here, but spare us the "I'm the crazy, no longer Mormon guy that scares everybody" schtick. Most of us already like you.

If you can last browsing through the religion forum in this site and still not get kicked out of the church, nothing will kick you out.

In the past two years the Canadian Gov. has legalized same sex marriage and Marijuana ... I read an editorial where lawyers are already gearing up to legalize polygamy and polyandry. Funny people yes ... ha ha, funny people :shock:

Do you really expect me to believe that Canada has national health care, same-sex marriage, legalized pot and they have not yet collapsed as a nation? I give them another 2 years max. A country that wicked cannot survive much longer. :wink:

Last year I spent a couple of months in Windsor, Ontario on Business. Of all the places I have travelled to on business, I have never felt safer than when I was in Canada. I frequently walked the 4 blocks from the hotel to the casino late at night and never gave it a second thought. By contrast, I could look out my hotel window, across the river and see the war-zone that is Detroit. My point is that it's kind of dumb of us to bag on Canada when we have enough of our own problems at home.
