That's one of the shows on my DVR schedule. One of my Walter Mitty dreams is to open a hamburger joint that is a mecca for all serious burger lovers...

I enjoy watching it as well. It's fun to see all the great local joints and the people who take their work serious. I'd love to hit up a few of the featured places, but they haven't had any Ohio or Utah spots.

I love the burger idea. That'd be a lot of fun, but you'd probably be better off having Mrs. Meanie run a little Asian bistro.

Best show on Food Network. I love this show. It always makes me hungry though.
