I recently switched to Bluehost. So far so good. I don't know the particulars for this web site, so I don't know if it would work for what you need or not.

I've put several sites up on http://hostmysite.com/index.shtml without any issues and with very good customer service.

I've seen how Bluehost manages their servers, and I wouldn't trust them. :) They had some serious problems keeping their servers cool.
